"Live and Act" Space. Restore inner strength—together!

"Live and Act" Project
The "Live and Act" project, launched in September 2025, aims to provide systematic psychological and social support for children, youth and adults in Krynychanska community. The initiative is implemented on volunteer basis and requires funding to ensure stable, regular and continuous operation of the space.
Currently, the community lacks specialized safe spaces where residents can receive regular psychological support, emotional relief and stress management skills. The "Live and Act" project fills this critical gap by creating an environment of trust, acceptance and development.
Main project activities
The project conducts various group and individual activities, including:
- psychological sessions and emotional support groups for children and teenagers;
- art therapy and creative workshops (drawing, decor, textile work);
- team activities aimed at developing communication and cooperation;
- volunteer initiatives with social and civic components;
- integration events for IDPs and local residents.
Already implemented initiatives in the community
Within the "Live and Act" space, successfully implemented:
- "Camouflage for AFU" — weaving camouflage nets as group therapy and military support;
- "Cap – FPVishka" — eco-charitable recycling project for AFU needs;
- "Map of Ukraine" — symbolic installation as sign of unity and national identity;
- "Social wardrobe" — free aid bank for IDPs and vulnerable populations.
Results and positive dynamics
Participation in project activities already shows stable positive dynamics, including:
- children and teenagers reduce anxiety levels, become emotionally more stable;
- participants find new friends, develop sense of community belonging;
- children develop communication, self-expression, cooperation and responsibility skills;
- increased levels of self-esteem, confidence and social activity;
- community gets space promoting inner strength recovery and unity.
The "Live and Act" project is an important step toward community psychological resilience, supporting children in today's difficult conditions and creating safe environment for development and recovery.
