Support a book on burnout among Ukrainians: Paths to recovery and stress management

Today, as Ukraine experiences some of the most difficult times in its history, more and more people feel they cannot move forward. Tired, exhausted, overwhelmed with emotions, they face what is called burnout — a state when there is not enough strength to cope with the burdens that have become part of our daily life.
Volunteers, psychologists, medics, military personnel, ordinary Ukrainians — often remain alone with their pain and exhaustion. Such emotional and physical exhaustion becomes the cause of burnout — a state when the body simply cannot cope with what we impose on ourselves.
Through real stories, we understand how important it is to notice these signs in time and provide help to those who have already lost emotional balance. Support, understanding and resources for recovery are needed more than ever.
We see and understand the importance of support, recovery and stabilization of the emotional state of every Ukrainian.
That is why our team,
- Public organization "Tourist Ukrainian Family" (TUF), which since 2022 has been engaged in psycho-emotional stabilization and renewal of IDP families, since 2023 supports military families, helps cope with burnout, and find meaning for future life.
- Anna Prosvetova - author of the book "Burnout", psychologist and mediator (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100006733602636)
- IPIO - motivational books publisher (https://www.facebook.com/publisher.ipio/)
Started work on creating the book "Burnout", which will become a lifeline for those experiencing emotional exhaustion.
