The Inclusive Coffee Shop of Caritas Chernivtsi Eparchy is more than a place where coffee is made. It's a space of opportunities, trust and support for youth with disabilities who strive to be an active part of society.

The Inclusive Coffee Shop opened on December 6, 2023. Since then, 14 young people have completed professional culinary and barista internships and received certificates, while Yaroslav Semenko became the first employed project participant and is now one of our coffee shop's best baristas.
In Ukraine, the problem of social isolation of youth with disabilities aged 18–35 remains acute. Lack of learning and work opportunities often leads to loss of motivation and deterioration of psychological state. That's why we created the Inclusive Coffee Shop - a safe space where youth gain professional skills, develop responsibility, leadership qualities and self-confidence. We believe: youth with disabilities are untapped potential and extremely dedicated workers for whom work is a path to self-realization and social integration.
The project's social impact includes reducing isolation, increasing employment levels for youth with disabilities, fostering inclusive thinking in the community and creating an example of scalable social business.
Currently we are asking for support to conduct new culinary workshops to give a chance to employ another person with disability. For someone, this will be their first job and first step toward independent life. By supporting our project, you help fulfill another dream and make inclusive society a reality.
