Collect plastic together
We are "Youth Group" NGO, developing youth interests in our community for 2 years. Our social media page.
We organized cleanups and waste collection drives to help youth understand proper waste sorting.
A major issue is lack of plastic waste sorting options. Bottles litter riverbanks, forest areas, and roadsides. They damage our community's appearance and harm the environment. We decided to launch "Collect plastic together" project and install special bins for plastic bottles in villages Khyttsi, Krasna Luka and Rymarivka. This is just the first step—we plan to expand the initiative.
Our driving idea: clean environment starts with small daily actions. We want to teach youth and all residents proper waste sorting, showing that plastic isn't waste but a recyclable resource.
Why is this important for the community?
