Greenhouse for large families

Project goal - support in employment of vulnerable population groups who are unemployed and in difficult life situations, by creating an agricultural production cooperative for production and partial processing of vegetable products in Yatranivka village, Uman district, Cherkasy region.
NGO "Prosperity of Zolotonosha region" created 800 sq. m of greenhouses for vulnerable people in Valyava village and Chyhyryn city before February 24, 2022 and was confident in continuing the idea on their own. Money earned from harvests was directed to buying ammunition and cars, believing the world would support Ukrainians and help destroy the invasion. It didn't happen as expected and most of the team was later mobilized. Today's new challenges: need to create gross product, maintain Ukraine's economy, climate is changing, government budget money disappears. Our principles: no need for benefits and social payments, need to create conditions for entrepreneurship and jobs. The community of Yatranivka village asked for help, where there's no big business, and small entrepreneurs keep their business almost in "shadow". No transportation to go to big cities for work and many children at home who can't be left all day. Instead, let's assess what families have: land, motivation to earn and working hands - big and small. That's already tremendous value. Our organization can support training and consulting on greenhouse business and small entrepreneurship, provide seeds for sowing, provide work tools, but we still need to obtain greenhouses, film and irrigation systems. Here we can't manage without you, like-minded people and countrymen. We follow honest rules, so we turned to "My City" platform to help share ideas with others or together raise 150 thousand hryvnias for 3 greenhouses for large families. While raising funds, families will learn basics of protected ground vegetable growing. Our goal: give motivated people a fishing rod, not a fish. Everyone should produce enough to feed themselves, their family and sell the rest to others. Ukrainian land will save and revive Ukraine if approached skillfully and worked on by adults and children. "What you sow, you shall reap," says Ukrainian proverb. Please sow our field with donations so we can earn and thank our benefactors with sincere vegetable harvest. Each benefactor will receive a vegetable package as a gift from the new harvest.
