Due to russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine and with the author's agreement, 195.60 UAH was transferred to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

So it happened that in team dveryki, which restores authentic Kharkiv doors, besides Sandra, Yura, Nastya, Bohdan, Natasha, Dasha, Vika, Igor and Dima, we have another member - Door! Let them tell about themselves:

"Greetings! We are Door, and we have problems.

Let's start with our youth. We had just begun working. We were absolutely happy, watching joyful people move into the house. We loved observing serious men and their beautiful wives. And we loved children's laughter.

We experienced terrible times with them, when the whole house was consumed by fear and grim anticipation. Together with residents we shuddered at heavy footsteps at night, feared black cars and silently mourned those we missed in the morning. We survived that terrible time when strangers captured the city, and our heroes paid with their lives to win our right to freedom and peaceful sky.

Then something happened. That's when our problems began. Others started performing our role, and we were simply thrown away as unnecessary. We lost our purpose, stopped feeling our value. It seemed like the end.

We almost ended up in a dump... But we were lucky!

Fortunately, we were saved. Unexpectedly we were taken to a workshop to be used for firewood, but we met people who care about preserving such details of our Kharkiv as us. These people were determined to save us. They started looking for premises among acquaintances, and luckily, found some. We stayed there 2 months until we found our new calling and became an art object at DKhK exhibition.

After the exhibition, we and our new friends realized we could be not just a silent statue, but a real part of Dveryki team! For this we want one of our panels restored, so we can become a great example of how doors look BEFORE and AFTER restoration.

So we and my friends opened fundraising for restoring one of our panels, so we can appear before you in all our beauty and tell how it can be".

So, will you help our beloved team member?
