We are the Municipal Institution "Social Services Center" of Starokostiantyniv City Council, working in social services for over 10 years. We support families, help people overcome life difficulties, respond to everyone who reaches out.

Our experience. Our organization's staff conduct lectures, participate in various campaigns, serve people in difficult life situations, continuously learn.

Recent years of our work have shown that veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, servicemen, family members of servicemen and veterans; family members of the missing; family members of the fallen; released from captivity, family members of those released from captivity, family members of prisoners of war need separate, specialized attention, as well as space – their own, safe, meaningful. In 2024, our organization opened a department for providing social services to Defenders of Ukraine and their families. Currently, we decided to participate in a free program and submit a project for setting up space for "important people". The main components of the hub will be: psychological support (individual and group consultations with psychologists, psychotherapists; therapeutic practices; PTSD recovery programs); coordination-informational (information consulting; social services; experience exchange); social space/coworking (zones for communication, joint projects, events; meetings, lectures, activities). Opening and setting up the space will solve problems of social isolation, combat psychological trauma, financial instability, professional realization. We believe this hub is not an end, but a beginning. The beginning of a new story of adaptation, support and respect with positive social impact. Because everyone deserves not only gratitude, but concrete actions. This is our contribution. This is their place. This is the "Home where they'll understand".
