"Eda iz Sela" Cheese Farm
"Eda iz Sela" Cheese Farm has been operating in Kharkiv region for 7 years. Despite all the difficulties with logistics and necessary raw materials due to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, production managed to restart and begin producing dairy products and delivering them free of charge to military and civilians who need them.
During the charity campaign, we have already produced and distributed products worth over 120,000 hryvnias for free. However, we don't plan to stop here and continue our work with even greater capacity :)
What we need now to provide free dairy products to military and civilians who need them:
- Milk
- Firewood
- Cardboard boxes approximate size (380*285*190) or something similar
- Food-grade plastic buckets for sour cream packaging 5L, plastic buckets 0.5L for Greek yogurt.
- Food stretch film for cheese packaging (roll length 400 mm)
- Starter cultures
Besides financial support for the project, we would be grateful for resource assistance. If you have the above-mentioned raw materials or goods and are ready to give them to us for free - that would also be great.
We produce products depending on the available volume of raw materials.
What we can quickly make from products and what yield from 1 ton of milk:

7. Cottage cheese 130 kg
All products are made by our cheese makers with incredible love and care :)
