"Resonance" – youth training that helps build a confident future

Ukrainian youth today live in a reality where "planning" has become difficult. Anxiety, fatigue, uncertainty, relocations, broken social connections — all this affects not only mood, but also faith in one's own abilities: can I do it? do I have the right to want more? is there any point in trying?
We created the "Resonance" project because we see: young people critically need not only knowledge, but also skills that help withstand tension, maintain contact with themselves and act together with others. For us "resonance" is about a state when a person hears themselves, better understands their own emotions and needs, and there are those nearby with whom interaction can be established. It's about teamwork, about "in one rhythm" with a supportive environment and about readiness to meet the future not alone, but together.

Who we are and why you can trust us
The "Resonance" team combines psychological practice, education and experience in social initiatives.
Tetiana Korniychuk — psychologist, trainer and coordinator of educational and social projects. Has experience developing and conducting training programs for youth and adults (emotional intelligence, stress resistance, communication, cohesion), organizing teamwork where participants can grow without fear of mistakes.
Hanna Nozdrachova — Master in Legal Regulation of Economy and Master in Psychology. Has 4+ years experience in training for children, youth and adults, 2 years of team coordination and 3 years organizing projects with donor reporting. Conducts individual consultations, leads supervision groups and case management.
What exactly we will do
If we raise enough funds, we will conduct 2 training cycles in 2 communities:
- each cycle — 3 full sessions,
- about 15 participants per cycle,
- practical topics: emotional intelligence, self-regulation, team interaction, critical thinking, creativity, professional orientation and first steps toward own initiatives.
This will not be just "learning", but a space of support and community where youth gets "here and now" tools and feeling: I am not alone, I can influence, I have an action plan.
The first training cycle will be held in Staryi Lysets community — in the "Tviy" space, created within the OSCE support program for Ukraine. For us this is important support: the space is already safe and youth-friendly. We are also negotiating with other communities, and will determine the final location of the second cycle after completing the fundraising — when it becomes clear whether the budget allows full project implementation.

Why crowdfunding and what funds will go toward
We want participation for youth to be free. The platform fundraising will help pay for:
- session materials,
- room rental,
- trainer fees,
- coffee breaks,
- travel to communities,
- fundraising promotion (so those who need it most learn about the opportunity).
Social impact
"Resonance" will give youth practical skills that strengthen resilience and activity: better self-understanding, stress self-regulation, ability to collaborate, more confidence and clarity about next steps. And for communities — these are young people who don't "burn out in anxiety" but unite and launch changes.
Support "Resonance". Your contribution is concrete meetings, tools and support for youth where it matters most right now.
