School Dream

Partial project implementation became possible thanks to support from «Nova Ukraine». Within the funding program, "School Dream" project received funds to provide 316 children with school supply sets. Sets were sent to schoolchildren from frontline cities, or families forced to relocate due to fighting and unable to purchase stationery.

We want our Ukrainian children to never stop dreaming. That's why «Dream to Live» charity foundation, represented by director Popovska Iryna Volodymyrivna, appeals to all benefactors to once again show Ukrainian people's unity and raise the necessary amount for «School Dream» project
The project aims to support families with school-age children. Despite full-scale war, in early September thousands of children across Ukraine must go to school. However, not all parents have financial ability to provide necessary stationery for children. We want to help such families with learning supply sets.
On June 1st we opened application collection and within weeks, unexpectedly, requests exceeded 30,000. Today, we managed to raise funds for 382 school sets.
Based on submitted requests, we decided to develop two school set variations for elementary and middle school.
Cost of 1 elementary school set – 230 hryvnias.
Cost of 1 middle school set – 250 hryvnias.
Based on applications received, we need 12,381,350 hryvnias. However, our information resources are currently insufficient for such fundraising. That's why we with «My City» decided to open collection for 1200 school sets (600 elementary and 600 middle).
Quick fundraising response is necessary as the school year starts in a month. Despite limited time, we're confident we'll process maximum applications and enable Ukrainian children to receive quality education. We believe together we can collect proper school supplies for every Ukrainian child in need. Dreams must come true!
