Animal Shelter

We help develop the shelter, adapt animals, socialize them and place them in new families for two years. The shelter has many animals from the frontline zone — from Kherson, Donbas, Kharkiv region and directly from the front. During this time, over 15 animals were placed, 5 "Find a Friend" events were held, profiles of many dogs and cats were created on social networks, trips to the shelter with "Good Deed" organization were started for animal adaptation and socialization, leash training. But most of the time animals sit in small wooden enclosures and can't walk freely because the shelter has few workers who can't walk all animals.

This leads to many of them being very sad, bored, going wild, some becoming aggressive, fights between dogs often occur.

This also complicates placing dogs in families because visitors who come to the shelter can't meet each animal, pet it, make contact.

So we're raising funds to create walking yards — this will solve the walking problem and most importantly preserve animals' psyche until they find a permanent family.

The yards for dogs should be like in the photo. We need chain-link fence, nails, wire, iron posts, hinges and doors, and of course payment for this work.
