New Year miracles happen!
The project is implemented by the "Future Guarantee" Public Organization team. For 9 years we've systematically supported families raising children and youth with disabilities in Odesa community, uniting over 450 families. Annually we organize inclusive events to bring joy and community belonging to our beneficiaries.
New Year holidays are when every child awaits a miracle. But for hundreds of children with severe disabilities in Odesa, this miracle often remains unreachable. Due to health conditions, they can't visit Christmas trees or festive events.
Our mission is breaking these barriers. We believe every child should feel happy, especially during holidays. That's why we launch "New Year miracles happen!" to deliver celebration directly to those who can't come themselves. We deeply value seeing sincere smiles of these children and giving their parents moments of emotional rest and faith in goodness.
To bring celebration to everyone, we organize two magical events:
- "St. Nicholas Residence": In our safe, inclusive space we'll create a festive location for children who can visit us. Games, creative workshops, treats and St. Nicholas meetings await them.
- "New Year Route of Kindness": caring for sick mobility-impaired children who can't visit our location. Our team and St. Nicholas personally will visit 50 mobility-impaired children at home using specially equipped INVAMOBILES to personally greet each one, give sweet gifts and create unforgettable emotions.
Social impact:
This project is much more than attention. It has deep social and psychological impact:
- For children spending most time at home, St. Nicholas's visit means faith in Miracles.
- For parents dedicating themselves 24/7 to care, it's a moment of emotional rest and feeling society's support.
- For community, this project strengthens social cohesion, involving volunteers and Odesa residents in common good cause.
