To develop social projects in Odesa, the city must first be preserved. With pain in our hearts, we watch footage of occupiers destroying cultural and historical monuments in Kharkiv, Kyiv and other cities. It's hard to believe that ancient architecture, picturesque streets and other places are simply disappearing from city landscapes.

We sincerely love Odesa and don't want the same to happen here. Therefore, by the author's decision, the "My City" team will redirect all collected funds from the project, namely 1278 hryvnias for Odesa's defense, specifically to support the army and territorial defense.

Master beauty HUB has existed since 2015. All this time we've been creating beauty and running a socially responsible business. In this vein, we created courses for IDPs, orphanage children, and implemented the "Grandchildren" project.

In 2019, I was invited as a speaker to the "I Want, I Can, I Will" conference. There I got to know orphanage children better and looked at their problems from another angle. Besides obvious problems with lack of warmth and attention, there's another thing that affects a child's future – education.

Unfortunately, state schools often provide outdated knowledge and don't support their graduates further. This creates problems in future employment and their demand as specialists.

Effective help for orphanage children and orphans is not money and gifts, but primarily support programs that can give them a chance at a good future.

We also want to support women who became victims of domestic violence, manifestations of which are not only physical and psychological, but also financial. That is, the abuser may restrict the victim's access to independent income or completely control expenses. Because of this, not everyone can get relevant and interesting education. And sometimes this is extremely important for starting a "new page" of life.

The beauty industry is always relevant: being well-groomed and beautiful is trendy at any time. Therefore beauty masters are always in demand. Training in this direction is easy to enter and doesn't require a knowledge base.

Our goal is to restore courses where people who need it can get modern and quality knowledge in the beauty industry absolutely free. Besides this, we plan to help them with employment, which significantly simplifies this already difficult period of socialization.

Courses will be conducted in the following areas:

• universal hairdresser;
• colorist;
• nail service master (manicure);
• eyebrow specialist;
• eyelash extensions.

Training will consist of 2 parts: theory and practice. Theory will take place in the classroom, practice – in specially equipped premises and beauty salon. In case of strict quarantine, the theoretical part can take place online.

Now we're ready to allocate 1-2 social places in a group for each direction on a permanent basis. Student groups will be mixed for integration into society from the very beginning of the course. Overall there will be 6-8 people in a group, which makes project implementation possible even under quarantine conditions.

Together we create a society where everyone has the opportunity to freely gain knowledge and realize themselves!
