Horse-assisted emotional recovery center

We are the team of NGO "Centaur YEY", founders of a shelter that became home to 16 horses evacuated from different parts of Ukraine. And we want to do more not only for animals, but also for people who need emotional recovery in these difficult times. Based on our shelter, we plan to open an "Emotional Recovery Center" - a special place where people can undergo a recovery course with the help of horses. The hippotherapy method, or therapy through contact with horses, helps wonderfully in fighting stress, depression, insomnia, and also improves overall physical well-being and helps maintain tone. The horses in our shelter already have experience working with people in these areas, and our team consists of experienced horsemen and enthusiasts ready to provide quality services to our citizens.

However, the shelter's activity is currently fully supported on a volunteer basis by volunteers and at the expense of the organization's founders. Therefore, to make our Center a reality, we need to carry out repair work on the stable, specifically: install water supply, equip a toilet room, install drainage and insulate the stable and arena premises, as well as purchase necessary equipment.

Therefore we are opening a fundraiser on the "My City" platform. Every contribution or repost will help us get closer to our goal and create a safe space for those who need support. Thanks to partnerships with hotel business owners, people from different parts of Ukraine will be able to visit our center.
