Warm Winter: Buying a Generator for Shelter

Public Organization "Ruslan and Ludmyla" has been supporting the "Happy Family" shelter for over 4 years. During this time there have been many changes, we help everyone who needs protection.

Special times are wartime, our doors opened to even more displaced people. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion:

• We provided support to about 1000 people who needed it.
• More than 20 tons of humanitarian aid were redirected to shelter points.
• We accompanied pregnancy and assisted with childbirth for two people.
• We have 5 families on permanent support (food, hygiene, medicine).

Due to the mass invasion of the terrorist country into Ukraine, much critical infrastructure has been damaged, hundreds of homes are left without electricity. Winter is approaching, so we want to make our shelter's existence as safe and reliable as possible during this difficult time for the country.

So that our shelter always has utilities to meet basic needs (water, light, heat) — we and our team are launching a fundraiser to buy a generator.
