Barrier-free sports children's playground
Ivankiv sports complex is a place where community residents spend their time actively and sportively. Our complex has 3 sports playgrounds, a large football field, running tracks and several outdoor exercise equipment. However, when children or adults with disabilities come, certain problems arise, as the sports complex cannot provide full, safe and barrier-free conditions for such people.
We, the NGO "Youth of Ivankiv region", want to promote that all people can fully engage in sports and keep their health in good shape and accordingly, we want to make the sports complex an accessible place for everyone who wants to.
Our NGO is actively engaged in its activities. We pay a lot of attention to the sports sphere. We constantly organize and participate in charity runs ("I honor warriors, I run for Heroes of Ukraine", runs in honor of memorable dates), sports festivals ("Dad, mom, I - happy family", "Healthy children - the future of the nation") and various competitions (football, volleyball, basketball, multi-sport competitions, etc.). Recently we opened a Multi-sport club where classes in modern sports are actively conducted (dodgeball, floorball, rugby-5 and panna football). We would very much like people with disabilities to also be able to spend their time actively. For this we want to create a modern and safe outdoor sports playground,adapted for everyone, including people with disabilities. These people will be able to come to a place where conditions will be adapted for them, they will feel comfortable and safe.
