Home Me Fest — first animal festival for people

A large one-day festival Home Me Fest will unite people and animals.

Besides animals and shelters, the festival will feature dog handlers, veterinarians, pet product manufacturers and other pet industry specialists.

We will dispel all your doubts about shelter animals and introduce you to
a loyal friend.

The main goal of the event is to find families for as many animals as possible.

7 thematic zones will be organized simultaneously on the territory:

1. Exhibition.
Dogs and cats from shelters will be waiting for you at the kindest festival of the year. All animals are vaccinated, treated for parasites and fully ready to move to a new family. Pets that cannot be brought to the exhibition will be presented on photo postcards by professional photographers in separate photo zones.

2. Market.
Food, beds, leashes, toys — no one will be able to leave without buying something. We invite only reliable manufacturers to participate. Special attention will be paid to national manufacturers of food, clothing and accessories for cats and dogs. All kinds of souvenirs, ID tags and other goods that can be useful to you and your pets.

3. Charity.
A special zone where you can leave any help for animals will be organized during the festival. These can be any items and goods that will be useful to shelters and their residents — shampoos, medicines, beds, blankets, food, vitamins, treats and more. Also, volunteer organizations and shelter participants of the festival will introduce everyone interested to their activities, tell about themselves and their wards.

4. Lecture hall.
Specialists from different fields will organize useful seminars about caring for and training your pets, about ways to help animals in trouble, about traveling with pets, as well as conduct a lecture on bioethics by the festival organizers, which will be interesting for both children and their parents.

5. Photo zones.
Of course, no one will leave without wonderful photos for memory. The best event agencies in the city will create photo zones where you can take photos yourself or with the help of a photographer with friends, children or your newly chosen pet.

6. Entertainment for children.
Face painting, contests and animators will be able to occupy and entertain your children throughout the day. Besides communicating with furry festival participants, children will be interested to listen to a bioethics seminar and become participants in the entertainment program.

7. Food courts.

As soon as you get hungry, feel free to choose one of the festival's food courts to your taste. Here you will
definitely be fed deliciously and served quickly.

2. Unloading overcrowded shelters. In such a situation, animals that end up on the streets have fewer chances to find a home and owners.

3. Prejudiced attitude towards shelter animals. Established stereotypes about "sick and problematic" animals there. After all, most people will never come to a shelter, which means most animals will never leave there.

4. Irresponsible attitude of owners towards their pets and, as a result, an increase in the number of homeless animals.

5. People don't know where shelters are located, and very rarely think about the possibility of taking an animal from there.

6. Distrust of volunteers and their appeals for financial help due to a large number of scammers.

7. Absence of festivals with homeless animals, and accordingly the opportunity to encourage people in an entertaining manner to mercy and proactivity.

1. «Home Me» festival will provide shelters with an additional and effective opportunity to find reliable owners for their wards. Animals will be in specially built open enclosures, where each visitor can get acquainted and communicate with the dogs and cats present.

2. All participating animals are healthy, vaccinated and fully adapted to home life. In such an atmosphere, animals will not cause feelings of fear or disgust. In addition, visitors will be able to make sure that not only stray but also purebred cats and dogs become shelter residents.

3. Representatives of veterinary clinics, dog handlers, pet registration desk will be in a separate zone. Here everyone can get qualified consultation and get answers to questions of interest from first hand.

4. The lecture zone will conduct a series of useful master classes for both happy owners of pets and those who come to the festival for them.

5. All participants of the «Home Me» festival (shelters, clinics, representatives of pet products and pet industry, etc.) will be carefully selected.

6. Preparation of the Charity zone - a place where you can leave any help for animals. We guarantee reliable delivery of the help left to its final recipient, namely shelter animals.
