We are "Development Country" NGO. Our path is a story about not losing meaning even when you lose your home. We are a relocated organization from Donetsk region. Despite war challenges and relocation, we preserved our team and faith that youth is the key to Ukraine's recovery.

Our experience and achievements
Behind us - over 50 implemented initiatives and 5 years of systematic work. We started with environmental monitoring in the East, and today expanded activities to Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions. Community we build We gather around "Development Country" active youth aged 14–35, helping those who relocated due to war become part of new communities. These aren't just volunteers, but real changemakers: they learn from scratch to create their own projects — from small actions to great social initiatives — and find resources for them. When youth receives support, it stops being just observers and becomes the "engine" that makes communities modern, inclusive and vibrant. Essentially, we prepare leaders who know how to turn ideas into real changes to develop places where they live today.
Why institutional fundraising? We involve our community in fundraising because big changes in the country are possible only through systematic and regular work. Your support on "My City" platform will help us build the foundation that allows organization not just survive from grant to grant, but develop steadily. We will direct these funds to support coordinators who daily accompany our volunteers, and ensure office operation with professional software for creating quality media content. Beyond technical issues, your contribution gives us resources for strategic sessions and informal meetings where we plan future projects with activists. Each donation is an investment in our "core" of changemakers having reliable support and all necessary tools for community development.
Why is it important?Relocated organization is always an additional challenge. Your support will allow us not just "respond to crisis" but strategically plan youth policy development. We want youth not to feel lost, but have space where their ideas become reality.
What changes do we seek? Thanks to this fundraising we will form a sustainable community of 20+ permanent ambassadors ensuring continuity of our projects in communities. We believe institutionally strong "Development Country" means hundreds of new opportunities for Ukrainian youth.
