Who we are

Imagine a map of Bukovina. Not with roads, but with opportunities. A few years ago, there were many "blank spots" on it - places where youth wanted to act but had no space, support, or people nearby.

We started filling them.

Initially, there were only three of us - people who believed that youth in communities deserve more.

Today, "Youth of Bukovina" NGO is a community of 25 experts working on a volunteer basis. Facilitators, trainers, organizers, strategists - people who don't wait for ideal conditions but create them.

And this community is our main resource. Because opportunities don't appear by themselves - someone always builds them.

Problem

This fundraising is not just about money, but about people behind the changes.

In many communities, youth still face the feeling: "There's nothing here." No space for development, support, or mentors to help turn ideas into real action. This often makes young people lose faith in their own impact or seek opportunities only outside their communities.

We strive to create a sustainable support system for youth initiatives in Chernivtsi region. So youth spaces continue working, community teams receive training, mentorship and support, and new opportunities appear where they didn't exist before.

Solution

We want no empty places to remain on the opportunity map.

So each community has someone who says: "Let's try" - and has the knowledge, space and support for it.

We've already launched this movement. Now we want to make it irreversible.

By supporting this fundraising, you help not just maintain an office. You become part of a system that daily creates opportunities for youth.

Regular support allows us to think not about whether resources are enough, but about what opportunities to create next.

This fundraising will result in new youth teams, local initiatives, active communities and young people who don't wait for changes but create them themselves.

Community

It all started with a space in Chernivtsi - a place where ideas stop being "someday." This is how the regional youth center was born. Later this wave reached Konyatyn, Sokyryany, Beregomet and other communities.

But space without people is just walls. So we work with community teams: conduct strategic sessions, trainings and consultations, help youth learn to collaborate, negotiate and implement their own projects.

Through the "RenewalUA" program, youth from different parts of Ukraine come to small communities, work together, create and leave behind not just memories, but new spaces for local youth.

Our internal compass is simple and clear.

Our mission is to create opportunities for community youth through local, regional and international cooperation.

Our vision is to be a generator of successful youth.

In January 2026, we reviewed our strategy again and formed a new development plan.

But no plan works without people.

That's why our main goal today is to form a community of people who help youth unlock their potential and create changes in their communities.
