NGO "PIVNICHNA HORLYTSYA" — a public organization from Chernihiv region that works for youth development, community support and creating opportunities for learning, volunteering and self-realization.

We started as an initiative group in Anysiv village after the full-scale invasion, when the community needed unity and support. Over time we grew into an organization that implements educational, social, cultural and volunteer projects in cooperation with international partners (UNDP, ISAR Ednannya, PAUCI, Razom, CIVIC).
Among the results — creation of Youth Space in Anysiv, conducting trainings and events that engage youth in active community life. We work not only with events, but with changes: participants become volunteers, initiators and leaders, create their own projects and influence community development.
A special focus is uniting generations. Through joint projects, youth interact with elders, work with memories and form a common identity.
We build community: the team creates opportunities, and participants develop and scale them. For many, this is the first step to active civic life. It's people's support that allows us to grow not only through grants.
Therefore we launch this fundraising — for community development.
Our organization has community rules that define entry conditions (openness to all willing, filling out a form or participating in events), membership (following principles of mutual respect, activity and integrity) and exit (voluntary participation). Details can be found at the link
Raised funds will go to creating merch and representative materials: t-shirts for new participants, hoodies for the team, pendants in the form of the organization's symbol — a dove, as well as a banner for use at events.
These are not just things, but a community-building tool. Visual identity helps create a sense of belonging, increases motivation and attracts new people.
In small communities, youth often don't see opportunities for development and leave. We change this by creating an environment where people want to stay, act and build.
