We are "Foundation 03:00": creating a world with equal opportunities for people with visual impairments.

Who we are and our journey

We are a team of professionals and like-minded individuals who believe that darkness should not stop life. The charitable foundation "Foundation 03:00" emerged in response to the challenge of our time: the systemic need for adaptation of people with visual impairments.

Our key achievements we are proud of:

Professional support: we trained and graduated the first 6 blind baristas.

Adaptive sports: we launched Ukraine's first "ACCURATE" archery program for people with visual impairments and developed a unique methodological guide for organizing training.

Expert training: over 60 social sector specialists and government institutions completed our course on basics of adaptation for people with visual impairments, changing service approach nationwide.

Community of change: together towards an inclusive future

We strive to create an ecosystem where everyone understands correct communication rules, and space is adapted to everyone's needs. We follow the principle: "Nothing about us without us", so our projects are created with direct participation of people with visual impairments.

What this fundraiser aims for: every minute matters.

We launch this institutional fundraiser to be able to act immediately. Our main goal today is saving military vision at DOKOL hospital (Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital) in Dnipro.

When a soldier gets eye injuries, doctors have counted hours to perform surgery. Any delay can mean vision loss. Since 2022, Foundation 03:00 has raised over 1.4 million hryvnias, enabling us to preserve vision for 880 military personnel. All collected funds we transfer to our partners – charitable organization "Peace for the Future", which purchases and delivers necessary materials for vision restoration surgeries, so no minute is lost due to bureaucracy or lack of medications.

This project is our personal initiative to save military vision. Your support will help us implement more fundraising campaigns for defenders.

Funds from this institutional fundraiser will be directed to:

Operational team support: so we can replenish the fundraiser, attracting new partners and donors, ensuring doctors always have material reserves, and subscribers have fresh data on surgeries performed.

Information campaign: we plan a trip to Dnipro to record interviews with life-saving doctors. Society should know about their efforts and understand the importance of quick response after injury.
