The project "Path to Success: Your Future in Ukraine" is a program for high school students that provides a chance to find their calling and open doors to opportunities awaiting them in Ukraine.
The project aims to increase high school students' awareness of modern professions, labor market demands, and development prospects in various fields. Through program participation, teenagers will discover their interests, talents, and strengths, promoting conscious career choice. The main goal is to inspire youth for active development, self-realization, and achieving their goals.
The project includes conducting three trainings for high school students:
- Exercises and tests to identify strengths, values, and skills for better understanding professional interests
- Introduction to modern professions, labor market requirements, and promising directions in various fields.
- Future profession simulation. High school students get the opportunity to try different roles (engineer, doctor, manager, etc.) in simulations, allowing better understanding of various profession specifics.
Online trainings will also be conducted where we'll talk with parents about:
- Deepening understanding of the child's interests and abilities to help avoid pressure on their choice.
- Communication skills for support and constructive dialogue with the child about career plans.
- Increasing trust between parents and children, creating comfortable conditions for important decisions.
