Developing financial literacy for the young

Since 2021, the team of NGO "Public Activity Center 'Peremoga'" from Oleksandria has been working with youth — teaching entrepreneurial thinking, financial literacy and helping young people believe in their own abilities. Over these years we have implemented dozens of projects, won grants, signed memorandums with schools and international organizations and built a true community of people who want change.
What is the problem
Most young people leave school without understanding the simplest things: how to open an account, what credit is and why it's not scary, how to save money and where to earn it. Financial illiteracy is not a personal problem of an individual. It's a problem of the entire community: weak business, population outflow, dependence on the state.
And also — fears. Parents who once got burned on loans pass this fear to their children. And they grow up with the conviction that finance is something complicated, dangerous and "not for me".
How we solve this
We have a proven tool — the board financial game-simulator "Life Capital". Through the game, children and teenagers learn to manage money, make decisions, invest and think entrepreneurially. No boring lectures — live experience, emotions and real skills.
The Financial Literacy Club has been operating in Oleksandria since 2021. Demand is growing — but there are not enough qualified trainers. That's why we're launching this fundraising: we need to prepare 6 certified trainers who will regularly conduct games in schools, universities and for all interested.
Why support
Every hryvnia of this fundraising goes to trainer education and operational work of the organization. More trainers — more games. More games — more youth who understand how money works and how to build their future.
In Kryvyi Rih this approach has already covered over 40 schools. We want to cover 6 educational institutions in Oleksandria in 2026.
Financially literate youth means a stronger community, more entrepreneurs, more taxes, more opportunities for all. Join us
