Successful youth - strong community: support career guidance

NGO "Regional Center for European Integration Projects" is a team of like-minded people who have been working since 2014 on the topic of conscious career choice by students, as well as the development of non-formal education in management through the implementation of modern approaches and European standards. Our main focus today is on career guidance for students. According to statistics, over 60% of graduates choose their future profession under pressure or parental advice, without understanding their own talents and modern labor market demands, which ultimately leads to brain drain and staffing crisis in strategically important sectors.

Our goal today is to create a community that will become a catalyst for systemic transformations in career guidance and will be able to fundamentally change the approach to professional self-determination of youth from the outdated concept of "diploma for diploma's sake" to a modern model of "conscious career" based on personal talents and real labor market demands.

We are forming a circle of like-minded people who will become the foundation for systematic career guidance in Rivne region. Our Community is an association of those who understand: investment in teenagers' awareness today is a guarantee of economic prosperity of our city tomorrow. Such Community's activities will help create a sustainable youth support ecosystem where every teenager in Rivne community has access to quality self-analysis, labor market understanding and soft skills development, regardless of social status.

Every contribution will help ensure sustainability of our Community and enable career guidance events and projects. Specifically, raised funds will be directed to office equipment upgrade to enable the "How to Choose a Career" project through career guidance trainings and scaling other social projects.
