Support digital equality platform: mePower

Youth in Ukraine face lack of reliable information about rights, mental health and opportunities to participate in social life. Vulnerable communities often remain isolated, without support and connections.

mePower solves this problem by creating a mobile app that unites:

• educational resources on gender equality and human rights,
• emotional support tools,
• interactive map of organizations and volunteer opportunities,
• community space where you can be yourself.

We are inspired by the desire to make Ukraine more inclusive and give youth a sense of power and impact.

Our story

The idea of mePower was born during the international Technovation Girls 2024 program, where a team of young Ukrainian women decided to create a solution against toxic stereotypes and isolation. We realized that young people, women often remain without access to a safe space for development, support and self-realization.

After the program we didn't stop: completed training in "Incubator 4.0" by Rescue Now, received funding from STAN NGO, registered an NGO and created an MVP mobile app. Today our team consists of technical specialists, educators, copywriters and activists working together to make mePower accessible to everyone.

Social impact

Through project implementation:

• thousands of young people will get access to a safe digital space;
• women and LGBT+ people will have a platform for self-expression and support;
• civic initiatives will be able to expand their visibility;
• society will get an active, informed and solidarity youth community that creates change.

We believe that mePower will become a practical tool for daily support – an app that young people will turn to for knowledge, emotional support and real opportunities to act.

Every contribution to this project helps develop a safe digital space where voices of women and LGBT+ community are heard, and solidarity transforms into concrete actions and support in real life.
