Why are we submitting this project?
We see how acutely children experience the loss of a father or mother. They are often silent, withdrawn, have nowhere to share their pain. It's important for us to create a warm, supportive environment for them, where they can feel joy again, find friends and recover
We submit this project because we have no moral right to remain silent and turn away
We as a society are obligated to support these children. Not out of pity, but out of gratitude. Because these children are sons and daughters of our Heroes. They have already paid a high price. And they deserve better.
This is simply about humanity. About the fact that these children are ours. They are in pain, and if we don't extend our hand now - when? They should see that the country for which their father died has not forgotten. That we are one big family. That there are adults nearby who care.
This camp is more than a week of rest. It's a chance to restore faith, restore trust in the world. It's our way of saying: "Your father was a hero! We are grateful to him! We are with you, we will support you!"
If at least one child after the camp says: "I feel better", that's already a victory.
Social impact:
- 50 children will undergo a health and psychological program at a nature camp
- We will create a support community between children and families where we will continue to provide support to such families
- We will spread a culture of gratitude and memory of defenders
