Support for NGO "Youth Space "MAN-002"

Who we are

Three years ago we started with one youth space in Manuilivka village. Today there are two: "MAN-002" and "CONTRAST" in Mala Vyska. During this time we supported 9 youth projects through small grants competition, trained 14 certified youth workers, became part of the Association of Youth Centers of Ukraine and co-founders of Kropyvnytskyi

branch. We don't just organize events — we build a system where community youth have a place to develop, implement ideas and feel their opinion matters.

What's the problem

Maloviskovska community isn't a megacity with dozens of opportunities for youth. Here a teenager can easily grow up feeling that everything interesting happens somewhere else. Without quality leisure, without initiative support, without adults ready to work alongside — youth either becomes indifferent or leaves.

And another reality: youth work in the community is currently held by volunteers. This cannot be the only model for sustainable work.

How we solve it

We develop youth through non-formal education, meaningful leisure, mobile youth work and initiative support. "Inspired by Changes" small grants competition gives young people a real tool — take an idea and bring it to life with experienced team support.

Raised funds will go to operational costs of spaces, supporting specialists working with youth, and developing new youth initiatives. This will allow us to work stably — not wait for the next grant.
