People need people

People need people.
However, there are individuals who find it much harder to socialize, communicate, and find their place in this life.
These are people with autism.
In fact, they truly want to make friends and generally be among others, but they simply lack the skills to do so. As a result, they often suffer from loneliness and isolation.
That is why, in 2019, parents of children with autism united and opened the "Every One is Important" Inclusive Workshops ("Vazhlyvyi Kozhen"). This space allows young people with severe forms of autism and intellectual disabilities to receive all the necessary support and feel valued.

Currently, 12 teenagers and young adults with disabilities attend this space. Here, they can socialize, engage in creative activities, and receive vocational guidance in creative and craft workshops—instead of being isolated within the walls of their homes.
To be among others and feel needed—isn't that what every person requires, regardless of disability?
In 2024, striving to help children with autism from a younger age, the project was expanded to include the "Rozkryllia" Day Center ("Wingspan").

For 1.5 years, children with profound autism or challenging behavior—who were on individual education programs and lacked communication experience with peers—had the opportunity to be among other children in this center. They were able to form basic interaction, communication, and self-care skills.
Both projects are a vital support system for families raising children and young people with mental disabilities. Unfortunately, both projects currently lack stable funding.

Therefore, to continue helping young people and children with autism, we aim to raise funds for the annual lease of the premises for these projects.
- This will allow us to focus our efforts on providing high-quality services for children and young people with autism;
- And it will give confidence to the parents who rely on our projects that they will not lose their only space for support over the next 12 months.
We ask you to support our fundraising drive—because only with your help can we ensure a stable year of activities for children and young people with autism.
You can do this by:
- Buying a ceramic Christmas tree ornament or a ceramic page holder, crafted by young people with autism in the ceramic workshop, or a greeting card or t-shirt featuring their drawings—warm, meaningful gifts.
- Or simply by making a small, manageable donation—to ensure all children and youth have a chance at a dignified life among others.
