Our hospital has prior experience in grant programs.

Two projects completed:

  • «Shelter for Life Preservation» (contest «Time to Act, Ukraine!», supported by CF «MHP-Community») — 199.3 thousand UAH.

Palliative ward repairs ongoing (walls, wiring, plumbing) funded by communities, enterprises and special fund. 3 windows replaced, building materials purchased. Total 545.1 thousand UAH used for repairs.

Within the grant for military and civilian rehabilitation, medical equipment worth 274.9 thousand UAH purchased and installed. Planned replacement of 7 more windows for 93.6 thousand UAH from charity fund.

04.10.2025 received notification about project selection for solar panel installation in CNE «Kalynopil MDH» with CF «Together with Kernel».

CNE Kalynopil Multidisciplinary Hospital serves 3 communities: Kalynopil, Mokrokalyhir, Yerkiv.

Main recipients of psychological counseling services are preschoolers, students, teenagers, working-age women and men, elderly people, internally displaced persons, veterans, servicemen and their families, as well as medical staff.

In war conditions and prolonged stress, the need for quality psychological support constantly grows. However, currently the office providing psychological support doesn't meet modern requirements: the room needs renovation and proper material-technical equipment. Lack of comfortable and safe conditions reduces work efficiency and limits service provision possibilities.

Clinical psychologist in rural hospital — is a specialist providing psychological help to patients with mental, psychosomatic and neurological disorders, as well as people in crisis states.

Their work includes:

  • psychological diagnostics and emotional state assessment;
  • individual counseling and support;
  • work with depression, anxiety, trauma and chronic disease consequences;
  • support for patients with neurological disorders;
  • support for servicemen, elderly people and their families;
  • collaboration with doctors for comprehensive treatment.

In rural hospital clinical psychologist is often the only mental health specialist, so their role is not only therapeutic but also socially significant: they help preserve community psychological resilience.

Project goal is creating Mental Wellbeing Room — modern, comfortable and functional space for providing psychological help to population. Initiative implementation through «My City» platform will allow attracting funds for renovation and equipping office with necessary furniture, equipment and psychodiagnostic materials.

Statistics show 400 residents visit the room annually. Importantly, this project has long-term perspective: Mental Wellbeing Room will become sustainable solution serving community for many years and can be example for implementing similar initiatives in other rural communities.

Planned renovation: replace linoleum flooring, replace tiles near washbasin, window blinds, stickers for adult and children counseling zones. Furnish room: visitor chairs, sofa for family therapy, children's corner with table, chairs, rug, psychologist chair, color printer for printing.
