Map and compass – superpower of children and adults" is an educational-sports project that teaches children and adults terrain navigation skills. We help develop logical thinking, endurance and independence through active training, quests and adventure competitions. The project aims to popularize orienteering as a way of active leisure and self-development.
Project goals
- Teach children and adults to navigate using map and compass.
- Develop participants' attention, thinking speed and endurance.
- Promote healthy lifestyle and active recreation.
- Create a safe and interesting space for learning and adventures in nature.
What do we do?
Training sessions – group and individual classes for children and adults.
Adventure quests – interactive games using maps and compasses.
Competitions and tournaments – regular events that motivate participants to develop.
Lectures and workshops – theoretical knowledge that helps better navigate.
Creating maps and routes – developing unique locations for training.
Why is this important?
Under martial law in Ukraine, many children experience stress and loss of social connections. Our project helps them find themselves, learn to make decisions in extreme conditions, develop independence and endurance.
