UPD:

Due to russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with the author's consent, project funds totaling 4821.29 hryvnias were redirected to the project Aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine during wartime.

All funds are directed to support the army and defend the city.

Odesa has many bright and interesting personalities who have achieved success in their chosen field.

We decided to organize a conference where these people will share their experience with young people who are searching for themselves.

Speakers will tell what they would advise their twenty-year-old selves, and conference participants can accept this and take action to achieve results.

The conference will follow this format: 30 minutes speaker presentation, 5 minutes for participant questions and another 5 minutes for pair discussions about what was memorable and how it can be used in life.

This format will allow young people to receive relevant information firsthand, adopt advice and experience from successful people and simply communicate with those who found their path and are happy because of it.

We already held the first such conference. Speakers included entrepreneurs, coaches, top managers and charity foundation representatives.

Now we want to make the project regular.

We plan to organize it 3-4 times a year to reach and introduce as many active young people as possible, and to absorb maximum experience from people who achieved results in their chosen field.

To make entry free for the next events, we're publishing the project on crowdfunding. Funds are needed for organizational expenses.

When in a couple of years some past conference attendees become speakers - we'll achieve the desired result!
