Communities in warmth – coal for Mykolaiv and Odesa regions

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine LLC "Inweb", NGO "My City" and "Netpeak Bulgaria" help people who suffered as a result of military actions. In December, we were able to jointly buy and deliver 25 generators for Mykolaiv Regional Administration.

Inweb also helps non-profit organizations of Ukraine get grants from Google and set up advertising campaigns so that more people can learn about these organizations and join charitable causes.

In this cold and difficult period, the civilian population needs a large amount of coal to heat stoves and furnaces. Since autumn, many enterprises began manufacturing furnaces, stoves and supplying them to people in frontline territories (to private houses) so they could have warmth, cook food, etc.

But now there is an acute need for raw materials for such stoves – not every soldier in the field or family can provide themselves with fuel coal. Unfortunately, firewood does not cover the needs for fuel materials – it burns quickly and creates a lot of smoke, which can be dangerous in military conditions. So we, understanding that cold weather will last about 2.5 more months and during this period the problem remains relevant, want to purchase raw materials and together with Regional Administrations distribute them throughout Odesa and Mykolaiv regions to settlements with the most critical situation. One ton of coal covers monthly needs of one private house during periods of not severe frosts, so it was decided to purchase 60 tons of coal to at least partially cover these problems.
