Aid for Armed Forces of Ukraine during wartime

"My City" is a public organization for local social projects in Odesa and Kharkiv. We support initiatives that build a strong civil society in our cities and make real changes. Projects are funded by people and local organizations who believe in these initiatives and the future of our cities.

24.02.2022 Ukrainian life was divided into "before" and "after". A full-scale war began in our country. We were forced to stop all crowdfunding collections, as we understood – developing culture, inclusion and other spheres during war is almost impossible. The primary task is defending our city and its preservation.

Together with project authors "Student Open Space", "History Shelf", "Reconstruction of Cook Equatorial Telescope Tower" and "Litera 2.0" it was decided to redirect all collected funds to city defense. Total amount is — 89,278 hryvnias.

Additionally, "My City" team raised from benefactors a record sum — 1,272,455 hryvnias for various population needs in Odesa.

These funds went to purchasing medicine, food for our defenders, hospitals and maternity wards.

However, demand remains extremely high, and benefactor support is needed more than ever, so we continue fundraising for military and humanitarian aid to military and civilians.

We believe in our country and our defenders' strength, we're grateful to all men and women fighting daily for Ukraine's future. The fight is hard, but with your support we will definitely defeat the enemy!
