Fundraising to overcome consequences of Kakhovka HPP bombing in Kherson region
The terrorist attack on Kakhovka HPP occurred at 02:50 on June 6, 2023, Russians carried out internal explosion of the station's structures.
Occupiers blew up Kakhovka HPP. About 80 settlements in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions were flooded.
Many people are now involved in evacuation, aid and humanitarian missions. Thousands of people were left without homes and basic necessities. Even more are still at risk, without drinking water and ability to escape. Occupiers abandoned local population.
Crowdfunding platform "My City" cannot stand aside and we do what we can, where we have experience – crowdfunding.
We announce urgent fundraising to help victims of Kakhovka HPP bombing.
Collected funds will be distributed among organizations helping victims and working on eliminating consequences of the HPP terrorist attack.
Example of what will be purchased:
- Inflatable boats, rafts and wetsuits for population evacuation;
- Motor pumps and mobile water treatment stations;
- Underwater drones to search for explosive objects.
- For victims: disposable dishes, instant food (noodles, puree, canned food, dried meat), power banks, gasoline and diesel in canisters, hygiene items, pet food etc.
