Unified Citizens Appeal Center
Launched on: 16.11.2015

In Odessa on March 1, 2015, the city government launched the municipal public portal "Unified Citizens Appeal Center" (UCAC) - ecog.odessa.ua or 1535.odessa.ua

30% of appeals are those that found their public display on the portal map (with applicants' consent).

Analysis of all appeals conducted on June 2, 2015, showed the following:

31% of Odessa residents receive necessary information and explanations from Center operators directly at the moment of appeal; work has been completed or explanations given by authorized services for 42% of appeals; 20% of appeals are in progress and under current control; for 5% of appeals there is no possibility for quick problem resolution, so they are under long-term control; 2% of appeals are cancelled as non-informative messages.

Distribution of appeals by incoming channels:

Mayor's hotline 15-35 – 75%.

Citizens appeal portal – 23%.

Email – 2%.
