Charity fund "Freedom to Ukraine" https://stageservicerental.wixsite.com/freedom-to-ukraine, headed by organization leader Roman Panchenko, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, participated in preparing and conducting mobile performances for children and teenagers who were hiding at Kharkiv metro stations, with the performance

"PRINCESSES ARE DIFFERENT..." — a performance based on H.C. Andersen's fairy tales "The Princess and the Swineherd" and "The Princess and the Pea" about what Princesses are like, how Princes in love behave, and in general what is good to do and what should not be done... For children from 3 to 12 years old and for adults of course too! In total during this period, 200 performances were organized and conducted at metro stations, which allowed reaching 10,000 children and their families.

Since June 2022, more than 70 trips were made to settlements of Kharkiv region and districts of Kharkiv city with puppet shows and workshops for children and teenagers of different ages, which contributed to emotional relief and stress reduction among these age groups.

The main goal of the fund is to work with the psychological state of children living in de-occupied territories. The purpose of our work is to eliminate the consequences of traumas experienced by children and adapt preschool and school-age children to life in peacetime through psychological and artistic approaches.

This requires working on such aspects:

· reducing aggression;

· fighting fears,

· opportunity to release creative and physical energy.

Placement of such centers is planned, primarily, in frontline cities and regions – particularly, in Kharkiv region.

Another factor – for safety these children study in schools and preschool institutions that mostly work online. So, all listed problems are supplemented by problems of lack of normal communication between children and computer addiction. And staying in center groups gives children opportunity for such personal communication. Moreover, parents don't need to worry about children, as security component is considered when choosing premises.

What the fund works on:

• introducing child to the surrounding world through images, sounds, colors is considered most productive, allowing adaptation in social environment; at the same time, play is the leading activity for preschoolers;
• expanding knowledge base and introducing to art (children get acquainted with the best examples of world literature, music, choreography);
• speech development through cultivating habit of expressive public speaking;
• forming emotionality (children learn to express their feelings, empathize, show compassion);
• developing artistry (promoting revelation of natural talents);
• fostering tolerant attitude toward people;
• uniting children's collective.
