Super Friends for Julia & Max

Everyone needs friends. But there are people who find it very difficult to make friends and find their place in life.
These are people with autism. Actually, they want to be friends and be part of a group, but they don't know how to do it at all. Because of this, they suffer greatly from loneliness and being unwanted.
That's why we opened "Inclusive Workshops. Everyone Matters" — a place where everyone can find something within their abilities and close to their heart. Where Julia, Ivan, Maxim and other people with autism feel needed.

Inclusive Workshops is a creative space open to everyone, consisting of 4 workshops (ceramic, printing, sewing and creative), as well as a lecture hall and a club for communication. Here such a supportive environment is created where a person with autism can communicate, learn new things and work on equal terms with everyone. Instead of sitting at home all their life or in a boarding school, as it was before.
Being among people and feeling needed — this is what everyone strives for.
And this is exactly the task that the workshop project solves.

Currently the project is at the implementation stage.
From the funds raised and attracted, rent was paid, basic repairs were made, and equipment and consumables were purchased for the first time.
Now the time has come to establish all working processes. Mainly, this is teaching people with autism the skills of communicating with each other and working in workshops. Usually people with autism need significantly more time to learn something. But once they learn, they become real professionals in their field. Very attentive and meticulous.
Therefore, while work in the workshops is not established and there is no stable income from activities yet, we ask you to support Ivan, Julia, Maxim, Vova and other people with autism, who attend the workshops. So they can get the time they need so much for learning and socialization.
The workshops can simultaneously accommodate from 10 to 15 people. To provide each of them with the opportunity to learn and in the future — work, it is necessary to pay rent, utilities, master services, buy food and raw materials for work.

We calculated that within two years the project can become self-sustaining and not depend on subsidies. We plan to do this through: conducting paid master classes (for NON-inclusive groups, in the evening), as well as selling workshop products and receiving corporate orders for them.
Then all people with autism involved in the project will be able to receive a stable salary and feel confident about tomorrow. But to reach this stage we really need your support now.
We thought that if 911 people from all over Ukraine want to help Julia, Ivan or other such people socialize and subscribe to a regular monthly donation of 90 hryvnias, we will be able to continue developing the project and do everything so that people with autism are not isolated, but live the most ordinary life.
We ask you to become a Super Friend for people with autism for 1 year: subscribe to a small but regular monthly donation.
By doing this you will help create a future for them where they don't spend their lives in isolation, but work and live next to other people.
Support Inclusive Workshops, subscribe to a small but regular donation.
Feeling your support and stability, we will be able to develop and continue creating educational and workplaces. So that people like Ivan never again spend their whole life in an apartment. So that everyone finds something to do.
