"Resilient Rear: modernization and strengthening of volunteer hub "Together We Are Strong""
Our story began simply — with the desire to be useful where it's truly needed. We are the public organization "Together We Are Ukraine's Strength", which united caring people in Kropyvnytskyi city.

Since 2014, we've stood alongside those defending Ukraine, and for over 12 years we haven't stopped helping. During this time, we've implemented dozens of initiatives: collected and delivered aid to military, assembled food packages, organized volunteer actions in the community. Since the full-scale invasion began, our activities became even larger — a strong team united around us, and the volunteer hub became a place where aid transforms into systematic work.
Daily we receive requests from military at the front. These aren't just need lists — they're stories of people who risk their lives daily. One of the most frequent requests is for food with long shelf life, nutritious and convenient for transport. We already make such packages, but due to equipment shortage we can't provide necessary aid volumes.
That's why we're submitting this project. We aim to equip our hub with vacuum sealers, dryers and necessary materials to systematically produce quality long-term food packages for military. Additionally, we plan to purchase sewing machines for textile production and for processing and preparing materials for weaving camouflage nets. This will let us expand aid directions and respond even more effectively to front needs.
Separately, it's important for us to make volunteering accessible to everyone. People of different ages and abilities join our hub, including people with disabilities. That's why we strive to create barrier-free entrance so everyone willing can freely become part of this common cause. It's important for us that aid be not only effective but also inclusive.
Project implementation will significantly increase food package production volumes, improve their quality and safety, optimize logistics and ensure regular military aid. Meanwhile, we'll be able to develop new support directions, attract more volunteers and create a stronger, more united and responsible community.
This project is about people. About those on the front line and those in the rear who work daily for common victory. We're inspired by faith that even small actions together create great strength.
