"Choose the future here: mobile career guidance and psychological support for Valkivshchyna teens"
Our team brings together specialists in education, psychology and youth work. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have been conducting educational meetings, training for young people, psychological support groups and career guidance consultations.
Working with teenagers, we see one common problem: most high school students don't understand who they want to be. They only focus on a few "familiar" professions or dream of leaving the community because they don't see opportunities here. The war has intensified anxiety, uncertainty and fear of the future.
That's why we created the "Choose the future here" project.
We will form a mobile team of a career guidance consultant and psychologist who will travel to schools. The program includes interactive classes, professional interest testing, introduction to modern professions (digital, marketing, creative industries, remote work), team exercises and psychological support.
We don't just talk about professions — we help teenagers:
- understand their strengths;
- reduce anxiety about the future;
- see real development opportunities in the community;
- form their own professional development plan.
Why is this important?
Because the future of communities depends on youth. If teenagers don't see prospects — the community loses human capital. If they understand their possibilities — they become the engine of recovery.
Social impact of the project:
- over 200 students will receive quality career guidance;
- anxiety levels among participants will decrease;
- motivation to learn will increase;
- interest in developing their own community will grow.
We believe that supporting one teenager is an investment in the future of all Ukraine.
