NGO "Youth Leadership Academy" is an organization through which the youth of Chornomorsk community gets energized for change! We help young people discover leadership qualities, find new knowledge and implement relevant ideas. From exciting sports runs to intellectual youth forums - our team creates opportunities for development, active lifestyle and self-expression.

Submitting the project to the platform is a step full of hope and faith in the possibility of change. Our project was born from deep awareness of a problem that hurts many hearts in our community. We want to change our youth so that in the future youth will preserve our nature
What problem are we solving? Why is it important?
Problems:
- environmental pollution in cities, loss of biodiversity;
- feeling powerless to solve global environmental problems and, as a result, passivity;
- insufficient awareness among youth of the significance of ecological culture for their future, for our country's recovery, for their mental health, development and resilience of their emotional intelligence;
- ignorance of existing environmental problems and ways to solve them;
- lack of active life position, desire to create change.
Solutions:
- raising environmental awareness among youth;
- supporting youth initiatives;
- cooperation with NGOs;
- practical measures;
- improving environmental conditions.
Expected changes from project implementation:
- Young people will become more aware of environmental problems and ways to solve them.
- Youth will also start actively acting to protect the environment in daily life.
- There will be reduced pollution, biodiversity conservation and rational resource use.
- The emotional state of both participants and event visitors will improve.
- Youth work and cooperation in the community will be activated.
