Barrier-free MISTOHUB

Hello! This is Poltava's ambassador and inspirer of faith in the city - MISTOHUB.

MISTOHUB unites active Poltava residents and businesses to restore a historic building in Poltava's center and create a city development space within it. It will have three components - a cafe, souvenir shop, and event space, which will direct 80% of profits to Poltava's development.

How does it work?

1. People and companies invest funds in restoring the historic building, repairs and equipment purchases
2. MISTOHUB opens with cafe, shop and event space and generates funds independently
3. 80% of profits go to MISTOHUB City Initiatives Fund
4. Fund announces project competition, impact investors choose the best
5. Fund finances winning projects
6. Implemented projects develop and improve Poltava

$180,000 is needed for building restoration. Thanks to active Poltava residents and businesses, 87% of the goal has been achieved and we continue!

After opening, MISTOHUB will generate funds to strengthen veteran centers, create murals, art installations, festivals, runs or other initiatives aimed at developing Poltava.

Besides renovation, MISTOHUB created the city's biggest event - Spasskyi Fest festival. In 2023, 6 festivals took place where we met over 32,000 guests. Since the full-scale invasion began, together with Poltava residents we supported Defense Forces with over 10,000,000 hryvnias.

These results are possible thanks to value-united people around the desire to develop Poltava. These people, like bricks, help build MISTOHUB. Therefore, in the cafe hall we'll create a "wall of impact investors" with names of people and company logos who invested in MISTOHUB.
