Magic English Chornomorsk — free English lessons for children and youth of Chornomorsk
English language opens new opportunities for education, development and future career. However, today not all children and teenagers have access to additional learning or language courses.
This especially concerns children and youth from internally displaced persons (IDP) families, military families and families in difficult life circumstances.
That's why we are launching the educational initiative Magic English Chornomorsk — a series of 10 free English lessons for children and youth of Chornomorsk city.
Classes will be conducted by Svitlana Okhvat — educator, teacher and tutor of English and German with over 10 years of teaching experience. Over the years she has helped many children and teenagers improve their language skills and use foreign languages more confidently in studies and daily life.
During lessons participants will be able to:
- improve basic English knowledge
- develop speaking skills
- learn in a friendly and supportive atmosphere
- participate in interactive exercises and educational games
Classes will be held in interactive learning format using presentations, team exercises, board games and modern educational materials.
To create a comfortable educational space, the project plans to purchase necessary equipment: portable charging station, projector, speaker with microphone, furniture and educational materials.
This will allow conducting classes even during power outages and create a safe and accessible learning space.
Magic English Chornomorsk project will help children and youth gain new knowledge, support and motivation for development.
