We initiate the "Wings of Trust" project, aimed at creating and equipping a resource room in an educational institution, as we see an urgent need to form a safe, inclusive and supportive educational environment. Our institution teaches children with various educational needs, including children with special educational needs who require additional attention, support and special conditions for full development. Currently there is no specially equipped space that would provide quality correctional-developmental work, psychological support and emotional relief.

The problem is that existing conditions do not allow full implementation of an individual approach to each child. The absence of a resource room limits possibilities for conducting correctional classes, reduces effectiveness of psychological assistance and complicates children's adaptation to the educational environment.

Problem solution ways We plan to equip the room according to students' needs: provide it with special furniture, didactic materials, sensory equipment, tools for developing fine motor skills, attention concentration and emotional relief. Within the project, systematic work of specialists will be organized — practical psychologist, teacher assistant, correctional teacher. Individual and group sessions are planned, aimed at developing cognitive skills, emotional intelligence, communication and children's socialization. Also the resource room will become a space where a child can restore emotional balance, feel safety and support.

Expected project implementation results

First of all, children's psycho-emotional state will improve, anxiety and tension levels will decrease. Students will get the opportunity to learn in comfortable conditions, which will contribute to increasing their success and potential development. Providing an inclusive environment will allow each child to feel their significance and acceptance. In addition, the level of professional interaction between teachers and specialists will increase, cooperation with parents will strengthen.

In modern conditions, it is especially important to provide children with stability, care and opportunities for harmonious development. Implementation of "Wings of Trust" project is significant not only for the educational institution, but for the entire community, because by investing in children's development today, we are forming a strong, conscious and responsible society tomorrow.
